General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the okdaje website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively "the Platform"). The Platform is operated by okdaje and is directed at adult players in Bangladesh. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

okdaje reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page regularly.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the okdaje Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use the okdaje Platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or located in Bangladesh;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by okdaje;
• Not be acting on behalf of any other person or entity.

okdaje reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a national identification card, birth certificate, or mobile banking account confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be voided and forfeited in full.

Account Registration & Responsibility

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the okdaje Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. okdaje employs technical measures to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the Platform.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details. Any changes to your name, address, phone number, or payment method must be communicated to [email protected] promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. okdaje will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify okdaje immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

okdaje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment account registered exclusively in the player's own name. Third-party payments — where the funding source belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction (subject to change with notice);
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction;
• Withdrawal processing time: approximately 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal conditions; up to 24 hours for bank transfers;
• okdaje does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges;
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing.

okdaje reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

okdaje offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, BPL cricket season, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

General bonus conditions applicable to all okdaje promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, per household, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• okdaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or use of multiple accounts — will result in the bonus being voided, associated winnings forfeited, and the account suspended.

Sports Betting & Casino Game Rules

All bets placed on the okdaje Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or game. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. okdaje does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in the event of a technical error attributable to the Platform;
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport's rules, which are available in the FAQ section;
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and bilateral series — follow standard cricket betting settlement rules. Live bet results are determined by the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body;
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by our studio partners, including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. okdaje does not interfere with game outcomes;
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per game, and per player. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet or within the game interface.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, the player must contact [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed settlement. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated.

Responsible Gaming

okdaje is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okdaje Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering;
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or verification;
• Registering multiple accounts or facilitating account sharing;
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the Platform's code, content, or data.

Intellectual Property

All content on the okdaje Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and branding — is the property of okdaje or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants the player any right, title, or licence to use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of okdaje.

The "okdaje" brand name and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Unauthorised use of the okdaje name or branding in any context — including social media, affiliate marketing, or third-party applications — is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okdaje shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was not caused by okdaje's own negligence;
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or promotional information due to technical errors, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.

okdaje's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

okdaje collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. okdaje implements SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect player data from unauthorised access or disclosure.

Account Closure & Termination

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

okdaje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity;
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require such action;
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with principles of fairness and transparency. In the event of a dispute between a player and okdaje, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication in the first instance. Players should contact [email protected] with a clear description of their complaint. okdaje undertakes to respond to all formal complaints within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to refer the matter to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process. In all cases, the player's statutory rights are not affected by these Terms.

Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by okdaje of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the player and okdaje with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict arising from a translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail.
